Groupe Carso was founded in France in 1992, as the result of a collaboration between Neptune Technologies and the prestigious CNRS (French National Centre for Scientific Research), with a clear objective: to develop cutting-edge analyses on dioxins using high-resolution mass spectrometry.

In Europe, the group has over 40 laboratories and 2,500 employees, operating in the environmental, food, industrial hygiene, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, forensics, energy and mining sectors.
